    Uplify's Russian privacy policy names ООО «АПЛИФАЙ», Moscow, as the operator. The international site names Uplify Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its cookie policy covers uplify.app under the Russian company.

    Does Uplify refund undelivered views?

    Its FAQ says it adds placements until the plan is met. Beta Ads refunds the undelivered share.

    Which platforms does Beta Ads cover?
